Near Ueda Castle Park, this café is run by a tea ceremony teacher, so gaze at the Japanese garden while enjoying matcha green tea and traditional Japanese sweets shaped like the flower of the season. For first-time visitors, we recommend the dark koicha set you can only drink here.
