Oidare yakitori (char-broiled chicken), soba (buckwheat noodles), and local sake are just some of the local delicacies in Ueda City in Nagano Prefecture, and we’d like to introduce some shops we hope you’ll visit.
Souvenirs / Takeout
There’s a specialty shop that only makes apple pies with Nagano apples, one that’s been making traditional sweets for over 100 years, and a historic sake brewery. You can get takeout to enjoy back at your hotel, but they’re also popular gifts from your trip.
