Soba
Soba is Nagano’s local cuisine. Since Nagano Prefecture has large temperature differences between nights and days, we can raise ripe, delicious buckwheat here. Enjoy the unique flavor of different shops, such as heaping servings or germinated buckwheat soba noodles.
